Ordering


Orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled. We cannot edit items, sizes, combine orders, or cancel. Please double-check your information before checkout. If you entered the wrong address, email support@mobbin.com immediately, and we’ll do our best to update the details before dispatch.


If you’ve made a purchase but haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.



Payment methods


We use Stripe and accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay and most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.



Shipping & tracking


We ship worldwide.

Goods will be dispatched from Slovenia normally within 2-4 business days with tracked shipping. Once it’s been shipped you’ll receive an email (check your junk folder) with tracking information.


It usually arrives within 14 business days (excluding public holidays), depending on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.


Note: During busy holiday periods, dispatch may take longer than usual.



Returns

We only accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package, and only for items in their original condition — unworn, unused, and unwashed — with original packaging fully intact and all original labels attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for an exchange. We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.


Return instructions



Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or colour, please place a new order. All purchases are final, so we recommend carefully reviewing product details before checkout.
